There Should be a Law Against This
Kelly Osbourne has revealed that she is bound by contract to have purple hair for two years.
How sad. It's one thing to be contractually bound to appear at certain events or do certain things. But something as personal as hair colour should not be decided by the powers. There should really be a law against this.
